Accupoint Surveying & Design is a highly qualified, professional firm that provides Land Surveying, Soil Evaluations for Septic Projects, Wastewater Engineering, Civil Engineering, Aerial Photogrammetry/Lidar, and related services. Our team of professionals is skilled at providing leadership and guidance at every step of your project, whether large or small. While Central Virginia is the home of Accupoint’s Corporate Office, we serve clients throughout theCommonwealth of Virginia and State of North Carolina.

AMY K. IGARTA-SEIPP, PE
Majority Partner, Principal Engineer
Ms. Igarta-Seipp is a licensed
professional engineer in the Commonwealth of
Virginia and North Carolina, and has over 25 years of experience in the
Civil Engineering field. She has been
designing, leading, and managing Civil Engineering
and Land Surveying projects of all sizes
throughout her career. Her cross-country
experience brings a unique approach to projects.
Having seen such variety in design aspects across
many different locations, she has the ability to
provide innovative thinking on difficult projects.
FRED “ED” WILLMAN, LS, MAOSE
Minority Partner, Principal Surveyor
Mr. Willman is a Licensed Land Surveyor in both Virginia and North Carolina and licensed Master Alternative On-Site Soil evaluator in the Commonwealth of Virginia and has over 30 years’ experience in the land surveying and soil evaluation fields. He also holds a certification from the United States of America Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration for remote drone pilot. Mr. Willman is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute.
JOSHUA NIXON, LS
Licensed Surveyor
Mr. Nixon is licensed in the Commonwealth
of Virginia and has over 22 years of experience in
the land surveying fields. He also holds a
certification from the United States of America
Department of Transportation Federal Aviation
Administration for remote drone pilot.
